Arid is operated by Arid LLC ("we", "us"). Arid is currently in development and not yet generally available. This page explains, in plain language, how we handle information today and the commitments we are building the product around.

What we collect

If you contact us or request early access, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us. When the product is available and you choose to connect a source such as Slack, Gmail, or Google Calendar, Arid will read only the content you authorize, in order to build your plan and draft replies.

How we use it

We don't sell your data. We will not use your content to train AI models.

Your control

Arid is designed so that connections are read-only by default and no message is sent without your explicit approval. You can ask us to delete the information you've shared with us at any time, and you'll be able to disconnect any source.

Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers and limit access to what's needed to run the service. As we build Arid, we're designing it to encrypt data in transit and at rest, and we'll update this page as those protections ship.
